Tips to Reduce Stress During the Holidays
___ Decide your priorities and say "no" to anything that does not honor them

___ Eliminate and delegate where possible
___ Let go of perfection
___ Give in a way that makes you feel good about who you are
___ Let go of impressing or competing with anyone
___ Stay within your budget- If money is tight make it simple, fun, and heartfelt.
___ Set boundaries- Decide what you will and will not tolerate and carry out in a compassionate way.
___ Include extreme self-care
___ Give in a way that comes naturally to you vs. what you "should" do
___ Don't take things personally- Get that it is more about them and not you.
___ Know without a doubt that you are uniquely and lovingly created. Allow your light to shine into and upon the world. Don't hide it! Share your exceptional gifts with the world.
