1. Eliminate Distractions

Remove all the distractions from your kids room, and create an environment that is highly conducive to sleeping. A night light is fine for kids who demand it.

2. A Bedtime Routine is Important

Forming some kind of habit around bedtime would make it easier for children to fall asleep. This would help to lessen their anxieties associated with bedtime.
