Avoid JetLag

If you are a frequent air traveler then you must aware of the term jetlag. Almost everyone who travels by airplanes was affected by some degrees from jet lag. Some are more prone to this health situation while others manage with little. If you found any of signs such as disorientation, fatigue, broken sleep, dehydration or mental fuzziness whilst traveling then clearly you are one of the victim of jet lag. All the enthusiasm, fun and entertainment that would be associated with your journey might halt for such symptoms. The possibility is there you might not survive these symptoms for days to come. The recovery period may take a day for every time difference of an hour that the flight crosses. As a result of jet lag your best laid plans may disturb. Though you can not simply put a full stop to jet lag but could decrease the amount of symptoms by following some rules.

Ensure yourself that you are free from stress factor or at least keep it least possible level. The presence of stress will add to your problems since there is no provision by which you are likely to free from disorientation on your arrival at the destination. To relief from the stress factor keep a close eye that you have already taken care of all travel details in advance. Try to feel happy during the fly. Jet lag will be worsening once you are exhausted during the flight and sometimes hard to conquer the symptoms. When your health is not enough good it would be good to avoid flying. Jet lag has bad effect on the immune system which make harder to get better and no on wants to feel sick on a holiday or business trip.

The best solution to avoid jet lag is to drink lot of water. This helps the body not to dehydrate because of dry air inside the cabin. Without sufficient water consumption on board jet lag may worsen due to dehydration. You can also take beverages such as hot tea to stop the amount of dehydration. But you should avoid drinking and eating beverages or foods that will ignite dehydration. Our body's natural defense will affect by consumption of salty foods, coffee and alcohol. Fainting, confusion, dizziness and nausea are all symptoms related to dehydration and you should avoid from the state of dehydration. You can also take help of medical prescription to relief from jet lag during fly.
