This recipe has it all, from flavor, variety to nutrients. To do so, cut 200 g of chicken into strips and macerate with chopped garlic and a few tablespoons of olive oil. As for the vegetables, cut 1 small broccoli and 1 small zucchini into thin sticks. Peel and slice 1 carrot. Sauté the chicken until golden brown. In the same pan, add a diced onion and the rest of the vegetables. Sauté for a couple of minutes. Add cooked chickpeas and mix for a few minutes. Serve and sprinkle with some finely chopped fresh cilantro.

Oatmeal and Pumpkin Burgers

This recipe is very easy and nutritious with just a couple of ingredients. To do this, cook 1 pumpkin until tender. Puree it and season with garlic, parsley, salt and other seasonings to taste. Add 150 g of oat flakes and mix until you have a soft paste. Shape the burgers and place on a baking sheet with silicone paper. Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Halfway through baking, turn them over so that they cook evenly. Serve and accompany with a salad.
