The fats stored in our body contribute to the regulation of body temperature by acting as a thermal insulator and also serve as a support tissue for other organs.

On the other hand, the consumption of quality fats such as omega 3 with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect in our body, can keep us away from cardiovascular pathologies, atherosclerosis and other diseases, as concluded by different researches.

These are the main reasons why you should include fats in your diet every day, always prioritizing food sources of unsaturated fats beneficial to the body.
