After the real estate bubble burst, the amount of demand for real estate decreased, while the supply increased. According to the law of supply and demand, we were at a point of excess supply. There were a lot of empty flats and houses at exorbitant prices and very few users who wanted to buy them on these terms. 4. Rearrange or Stage the Furniture
You hope that buyers will have a vision about how to make a room work, but they can’t always picture it. Your style isn’t always in line with your buyers, so consider rearranging or staging things in a more popular fashion that allows buyers to see the full potential of your home.
