There are barriers to physical exercise that we cannot overcome.
When we consider doing some sport we almost always do it to overcome a personal situation with which we are not satisfied. Being overweight is not only an aesthetic problem, but it also brings with it a number of complications that do not stop growing as we get older.
At the same time, being overweight (or simply abandoning all sports practice) leads us to a situation in which we have to be aware that there are limits that cannot be exceeded.
It is neither wise nor our body will allow us to do so.
