Six people, including a 10-year-old boy, have died in a shooting in the south-west English city of Plymouth on Thursday night.
Two women and three men, including the suspect, died of gunshot wounds at the scene, Devon and Cornwall Police said in a statement. A third woman died shortly after being taken to hospital.
Police are investigating the incident, but have ruled out any links to terrorism. This is the first mass shooting in the country in 11 years.
Neighbours, quoted by The Times, claim to have seen a man at the front door of a house kicking in the door before shooting a mother and her daughter. The man was reportedly carrying a semi-automatic weapon.
After the attack, the gunman escaped through a park behind the house and shot two people who were walking their dogs, The Times reports.
